Rooms were nice, quiet, and clean. Staff was very professional, and kind.

This was our second stay here. We enjoy the location of the hotel! Our first stay was incredible & the staff was very accommodating. This last stay was still enjoyable, however there are a few things that could have been a little better. Our next door neighbor was smoking weed & it made our room for the first two days smell like it. The conditioner on the bathroom wall fell off on this first day- simple maintenance fix. The cleaning staff also took all our towels and accidentally forgot to add new ones. The front desk was great about getting some to our room. Overall the stay was still great & we will be coming back here in the future!

Casablanca is a true gem and the location can't be beat! My wife and kids will most definitely stay here again.

Place was small but the bed was really comfortable

Just spent 5 nights here and had a great time on the whole Positives Location is brilliant, in that your close enough to the action without all the noise and expense. Plus, loads of decent shops nearby for essentials. Times Square only 20 minute walk away. Neighbourhood was really safe and everyone friendly. Good for families. Rooms were decent. No resort fees (all in the initial price with no additional fees on arrival) Negative They didn’t clean or tidy our room nor replace towels on the last night. Might have been an accidental oversight and like to think it was. Shop on site is well expensive and I recommend you go to the 7-11 round the corner. Fridge in room didn’t work. Staff a little inattentive. I would stay here again as it was a good blend of price and value, all things considered.
