Çalışanlar tatlı, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Temizlikten de memnun kaldık, odalar düzenli ve hijyenikti. Sabah erken geldiğimizde kahvaltı dahil olmadığı söylendi (ki teknik olarak doğru), ancak kişi başı fiyat yüksekti.(kişi başı 600 TL) Ücreti dahilinde kahvaltı yapacak olsak bile kahvaltı sırasında masaların doluluğu gerekçe gösterilerek erken yememiz rica edildi. Bu nazikçe ifade edilse de, biraz acele ettirilmiş gibi hissettik. Otelin genel hizmet yaklaşımı biraz fazla “kural odaklı” göründü. Otelin kendi beach’i olması avantaj gibi görünse de, erişimi kolay değil. Yürünebilir bir yol bulunmuyor, toplu taşıma sınırlı ve taksiler kısa mesafe olmasına rağmen sabit 200 TL alıyor. 4 gece konakladık ve her gün sabah-akşam taksi kullandık; bu da ciddi bir ek maliyet oluşturdu. Otelin beach’e kısa mesafede düzenli bir servis sunmasını beklerdim. Genel olarak konforlu bir oteldi, ancak küçük detaylar misafir deneyimini etkiliyor.
