Super emplacement. L’espace du condo est idéal pour une famille de 4. Toutefois, le condo a besoin d’entretien et de modernitée. Fenêtre brisée, calorifère dont les morceaux tombe, Pommeau de douche à changer, téléviseur qui ne permet pas d’écouter Netflix, Paramount ou Crave.
Mais avec un peut d’entretien j’aurais mis 5 étoiles.
