"Ok stay. The price is high for the condition of the building. Wood structure, you can plan on hearing the guest above you. Stay on the 3rd floor if that would bother you. The breakfast does qualify as food but don’t expect much. The room smelled clean? Tv is about 15 years old."

"This property was so comfortable and had a very serene view of the lake. The bed in the primary bedroom was possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, I even asked what the sheets were so that I can try to order them. Highly recommend this property and will be staying again the next time my family is in town."

"This was an excellent place for me and my dog. There’s a big fenced in backyard next to a cow pasture. My friend even saw a calf being born. The views of Lake Champlain are very nice, especially the sunsets. The lake is across the road and the beach is small and rocky down a staircase. The cottage is rustic but comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Pay attention to the pictures; what you see is what you get. The area is gorgeous with good selection of restaurants, many with nightly music. Be sure to try a maple Creemee! I had a very nice time here."

"Very good property for a stay. The view of the lake was excellent, especially for about an hour before sundown. I liked the grill, the sit on top kayak, the super comfortable beds, fans, and the very nice kitchen. The washer and dryer were also top quality There's not a lot going on in Swanton, just know you're going to a really small but nice town. We had some trouble figuring out the mini split but chat GPT got us straightened out."
