"I am writing this to express my disappointment with regards to the handling of our recent reservation at the Hampton Inn, Thunder Bay. Our reservation was at the rate of $238 / night. We have arrived very late at the hotel, due to circumstances beyond our control. Once there, we were shocked to learn that the receptionist had canceled our reservation.
