Very nice stay, rooms smelled amazing and were very clean . The food from the restaurant was really good and the room service was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay.

My a/c went out on the last night. I called twice to have them send an engineer to repair. No one came. It was 80 degrees so I had the overhead fan on overnight. When I checked out the next day, I complained to them about the hot humid room and lack of follow up about repairing it, but the front desk just said “sorry” and handed me my receipt.
There was also a lot of noise from next door and room above: voices and running footsteps.
