This was a wonderful, clean hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was perfect for our family. The hotel breakfast was good with lots of variety. They are currently updating many rooms - my daughter's room was beautiful. The pool area looked lovely. I will stay here again.

The bed was uncomfortable—seemed like the mattress was old and needed replaced. The breakfast hours need to be extended until 10 am like most hotels. The elevator needs better lighting. Very dark and dingy. A little noisy with people, (not the construction) after asking for a quiet room. In general, we liked it. We’ve stayed before and it seems to have gone down in quality a bit. Maybe COVID related?

Room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of room for toiletries. Communication with staff was 👍. Exercise room was well-maintained. Breakfast was so-so, staff running it was great. Hotel was undergoing renovation. Was explained to us clearly. Hotel was a little loud when work was being done, but nice & quiet at night.

Property was incredibly loud. There were kids running up and down the hallway all night. Kids knocking on doors and running away. Lots of stomping from upstairs. The hot tub jets didn’t work and there were lots of unsupervised kids in there despite the sign on the door saying no kids unsupervised under the age of 14.

Great staff, awesome rooms, but..... its a resort style place and its draws families with unsupervised kids. The kids, without parental supervision terrorize the hallways, running and screaming. There isn't enough staff to patrol the entire facilities, so the kids are out of control. If you are considering staying, check if there is some kind of event. My stay, there was an under 10 Years old group of spoiled hockey players, worst night ever.

Notre Dame themed classy establishment. The beds were quite firm, but everything was clean and in order. A policy change is coming about the breakfast vouchers, they will only give two vouchers per room and will not cover the amount of patrons the room is bookable for.

Good stay
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The pool was also nice and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Downfall was there was a younger hockey team staying. They were loud, out of control, and definitely didnt act appropriately. They ran up and down halls, knocking on random doors late at night, and turning off pool/spa lights while people of all ages were in them!

The hotel is a good place to stay My issue with this stay was the trash from the previous guest was in the trash can under the sink and the ice bucket was full of water The pool area is nice however it was overtaken by unsupervised children who just ran and did back flips into the pool. Took pool furniture to sit on the shower

I wish I would’ve been told about the pull out bed in our room being broken, but the staff was great about giving us a rollaway cot when we requested after finding out. Overall the place is clean, comfortable, and meets the needs very well while you stay. Recommend and will return for sure in the future 😊
