Especially the private magnificent big swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) with terrace offers absolutely enjoyment and relaxation. The house is located in a very picturesque and private spot - a perfect place if you want to have a relaxing time. The pool is a massive bonus, especially for children and we all looked forward to having a dip in the pool after a day out. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet und könnte in manchen Ecken etwas sauberer sein aber dies ist ok. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Zu empfehlen ist, gleich einen Komplettpreis für die Sauna zu bezahlen, denn einzeln ist es doch etwas teuer. Wir haben zudem vom Vermieter, also genauter von der Mutter des Vermieters, 3 mal Kuchen bekommen. Was auch positiv ist, obwohl der Vermieter direkt nebenan wohnt, bekommt man von ihm fast nix mit. The house has good planning inside, with bedrooms separated from the common areas and each other, plenty of common areas. The patio at the pool is fantastic for relaxing during the day. The pool is superb! Easy access to the roads and surrounding sights. Most importantly, Pavel is one of the best host we have ever encountered: welcoming, accommodating and super responsive. This place is great for relaxing at any time of the day, especially after a long day of sightseeing. I only wish the Internet had been a tad more reliable. Make sure not to bring time-sensitive tasks with you that require access to the Internet, but then again - why work there in the first place?! Stayed 7 nights in Apr 2017 Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Frank H. 19 Sept 2016 #### Traumhaftes, und vielseitiges Naturgrundstück Das hübsche Ferienhaus, auf einem Naturgrundstück, steht in sonniger Lage am Waldrand, mitten in einer märchenhaften Naturlandschaft. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungen der kulturellen Schönheiten im Böhmischen Paradies. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich eingerichtet und erfüllt höchste Anforderungen zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Beim Schwimmen im großzügigen Pool, hört man in den Bäumen das Rauschen des Windes. Nach dem Bad kann man es sich auf gemütliche Liegestühle bequem machen. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich eine rustikale und behagliche Sitzgarnitur mit Sonnenschirm, auf der wir den Tag stets in gemütlicher Runde eröffneten ausklingen ließen. Ein kleiner Grillplatz mit Kamin ist ebenfalls vorhanden und wurde von uns auch genutzt. Der Vermieter hat einfach an alles gedacht, um seinen Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm, wie möglich zu machen. In diesem gemütlich eingerichteten Feriendomizil fühlt man sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Nach der Begrüßung mit dem sehr freundlichen und deutsch sprechenden Vermieter, übernahm dieser die Führung durch das Haus, zeigte und erklärte uns alles. Im Anschluss informierte er uns auf diversem Kartenmaterial über Ausflugstipps, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gastronomische Einrichtungen. Wer die böhmische Küche liebt, ist hier genau richtig, denn die vielen Restaurants bieten eine Vielzahl von Köstlichkeiten an. Die Preise für den deutschen Geldbeutel sind mehr als günstig, denn für ein Hauptgericht mit Getränk bezahlt man sehr selten über 6 Euro pro Person. Auch sportlich kann man sich betätigen. In der Garage des Hauses befindet sich eine Tischtennisplatte, auf der wir unser tägliches Match ausgetragen haben. Wir waren alle sehr angenehm angetan und einstimmig der Meinung, in jedem Falle wieder einen Urlaub hier zu planen.
