Very nice property, this is our second year staying at Ariel Dunes, and hopefully not the last.

We love staying at Ariel Dunes, short walk to beach, great pool and very clean unit. Will continue to stay here if we return.

This place was beautiful! The only thing I didn’t like was the company they went through! We couldn’t check in early. And they sucker you into a breakfast but don’t tell you it’s about a time share. And you sign without knowing . The place is beautiful though! Would stay again!

Comfortable place to stay

we loved the place and the location. It was very comfortable to sleep in and be in. We did have to sweep the floor as soon as we got there because there was food crumbs and stuff alll over the floor like it hadn't been cleaned

Nightmare!!!!!!!

First off the property manager was Vacasa and we booked through VRBO so be careful when booking. You will actually be charged 2 booking fees with their current booking method The washing machine never worked while we were there, a repairman came the next to last day and I had to find out through someone else he ordered a part. .Repeated efforts throughout the week and nobody ever answered! They are a farce! Screen door to the patio broken, blind in the guest bedroom broken and the ironing board was completely shot. After repeated 20-30 minute holds on the phone I finally got VRBO the next to last day. They contacted Vacasa who finally called me. We left town with three bags of dirty clothes and our first bad experience at Ariel Dunes. The problem with all of this is Vacasa furnished us with an erroneous phone number to call if we had any issues, the lady I talked to actually worked for a competitor!! Nightmare staying on the phone in what was supposed to be a relaxing few days! Incidentally I have never written a bad review until now!

Beautiful beach getaway home away from home

We loved the beautiful beaches. Loved the easy access to the pool and beach. Loved the bedrooms. Kitchen and washer appliances need work or upgrades - they did not work which caused a problem with cleaning and cooking. Wish there was family games but loved the variety of tv choices - Netflix, Amazon, Hulu.

Great Stay

Condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful view comfortable bed and very well decorated with fully stocked kitchen. The walk to the beach was about five minutes across the parking lot. When we first arrived we had no running water. We quickly spotted a sticker on the bathroom mirror which stated the water shuts off automatically and to call a number to get it turned back on. I called the number, and it we had water less than 5 minutes later. During the stay we noticed signs about the water in the elevator etc so it must be something common. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Very nice condo

Your condo was nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the bunk room! But they didn't get much sleep the first night, because they kept thinking it was morning due to the light right outside. A curtain over this window would be a great addition to this room. Other than that, everything else was fine.
