Welcome To Vintage Blue At Avalon Beach Estates

Vintage Blue is a 3 bedroom family home inside the beachside Avalon neighborhood at Miramar Beach, Florida!

This home is great for families. It's five minute walking distance to Avalon's private beach access and one block away from the neighborhood community pool. The downstairs is an open space with a comfortable living area and a complete kitchen for home cooking. It also has a screened in porch, which is great for hanging out and letting all of life's stress melt away.

This home has 3 bedrooms with the master located downstairs adjacent to the living room area and two bedrooms located upstairs. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a queen bed and the other room has two single beds. The couch downstairs in the living room is a sleeper sofa offering more sleeping space for guests.

This is a family home in a very quiet neighborhood so no parties are allowed! This home is also located less than a mile away from awesome local restaurants such as Pompano Joes and Kenny D's.

Very clean and close to the beach.

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was exactly as described and Very comfortable beds. The upstairs was great for the kids.

Fantastic Family Fun

Bright and open floor plan with a big kitchen makes for a enjoyable time with family. The kitchen had all the essentials, and plenty of room in the pantry and refrigerator. The screened in back patio is a good size and provides extra soace for different activities. If you're wanting to sleep on the couch bed, an eye mask would be helpful, it gets really bright in the morning. The pool was very nice and SO close! Turn left as you leave the driveway and it's only a few houses down. Shellie was a great communicator and very responsive with questions or concerns.
