Welcome to Pavilion Palms 105C – The Emerald Jewel, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach and offering the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Located on the second floor, this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway. Inside, you’ll find an open and inviting layout with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. Each of the three bedrooms features its own private en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk in the third bedroom. Step out onto the large private balcony overlooking the sparkling community pool, a serene spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at sunset. For added convenience, the condo includes a washer and dryer, along with thoughtful touches throughout to make you feel right at home. Come discover The Emerald Jewel and start creating beachside memories that will last a lifetime.  
  
Pavilion Palms is a low-rise condominium community in Miramar Beach, Florida, offering a serene coastal retreat just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Designed in a distinctive crescent shape, the complex provides panoramic Gulf views and direct access to a private stretch of sugar-white sand via a dedicated boardwalk. Guests have access to a beautiful community pool. Pavilion Palms' prime location places guests within walking distance of popular dining spots like the Surf Hut and close to shopping destinations such as Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons, making it an ideal setting for a memorable beach vacation.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers several boutiques and dining options.  
  
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Fantastic condo! We loved it! Amazing views; stocked kitchen w/ spices & all the kitchen equipment you could want/need; 2-min beach walk; comfy large beds; big TVs in every room w/ easy hookups; beach gear in a 2-car-deep garage. Elevator eased moving. Pool is large w/ bathrooms & an area to rinse off sand. Restaurants, groceries, & activities nearby—good for families or adults-only. Bring beach towels, extra blankets if you get cold, & sleep masks for the bright master bedroom. RealJoy was excellent—fast answers & smooth service. Chandler was especially helpful.
