Located in Destin’s Miramar Beach, Tradewinds 14 is a cozy beach condo that might just check all of your vacation boxes! This cute rental sits just across the street from the shimmering shoreline. It features two bedrooms, coastal-inspired décor, and modern updates. The condo can accommodate up to seven beach guests. Tradewinds 14 has an open great room with sunny coastal vibes. Parchment-tiled floors and a shiplap accent wall add to the laidback feel. A set of sliding glass doors opens onto a romantic balcony that overlooks the swimming pool on one end of the room. The glittering gulf can be seen in the distance. The balcony is furnished with café tables and chairs, making it the perfect spot to relax and sip a tropical drink while basking in the fresh sea breezes. Back inside, the brightly lit living room includes a cozy seating ensemble. A brown leather sectional doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa around a coffee table and a plush rug. The setup faces a wall-mounted TV and enjoys paradise views through the sliding glass doors. Next to the living room, a white dining table and four chairs sit beneath an industrial-style light fixture. The adjacent kitchen is bright and spacious, with plenty of room to serve up delicious, homemade vacation meals. The kitchen features gray cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, gleaming quartz countertops, and a white tile backsplash. A raised breakfast bar has stool seating for two. Our stay at Tradewinds was amazing! The location was great and just a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream. The condo was clean and had all the things we needed to enjoy our week. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and both patios had great views. The only issue we ran into was parking. There is only one spot and we had 2 drivers. The parking lot was empty most of our week there but we still could not get an extra parking pass from the rental company and our first night there, our family member with a handicap tag got a pink slip for parking in the lot without a tradewinds tag. It won't keep me from staying there again, however, I would encourage you to find overnight parking ahead of time if you have more than 1 car coming and plan to pay for that ahead of time. ##### Katie M. Nice condo that has everything you need for the week. Very short walk to the beach and to Pompano Joe’s Restaurant. It was quiet and everyone was friendly. The pool was good for my kids. It had all the basics to eat at home, space for 3 teens and mom and dad plus close to the beach, restaurants and coffee shop! We had a blast playing poker at the table, we brought our chips but they also have a set there, and a few other games as well as some beach chairs for use. . There are a few things that you should know before reserving: the master bed MUST be updated, half of it is broken/sagging/sinking the other half is ok, and the master head board should be attached to the wall. It is very hard to sleep comfortably on a broken mattress. While there have been updates to the condo the finish detail work is still in need of completion- corner round at the base boards missing in some areas and the paint trim around light switches should be completed, these are 2 little things but once these are finished and the mattress replaced, the property is perfect. One last item, don’t hang your towels on the balcony to dry, this is not allowed. Thank you for a great, quick weekend getaway. ##### Kristin C.
