Summerhouse 14 has its act so together that you can finally let your hair down. Once you breathe in the fresh Gulf breeze, gaze at the magenta sunsets over the beach and lounge on the pool deck- you won’t care about anything!
This Destin beach townhome is cool- tile floors, modern construction and a sleek kitchen will keep you feeling “chill” during your stay in one of the world’s best beach towns. Summerhouse 14 is collected- a cohesive décor driven by a love of all things coastal.
Like all good friends, Summerhouse 14 won’t get jealous if you decide to spend some time away- after all the beach is only a short distance away! Plus, the beach road provides easy access to restaurants, beach shops and bike rental places. Or take a very short car ride and you’ll discover three outdoor malls, cinemas, golf courses and lots of entertainment for a rainy day.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

No pets allowed.

Property rules state: no RV's or caravans of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a caravan or RV.
