The private community beach access is a quick 4-minute walk away. The community pool is just steps away from the home. Pack a picnic and enjoy lunch on the sand or visit one of the many nearby local restaurants. Alvin's Island Beach Store is 2 blocks west; Pompano Joe's (fresh Gulf-caught seafood & beach bar) is just beyond; 2 blocks east is Emerald Coast Wine Cellars, Bad Ass Coffee! Dine on the beach at Surf Hut Restaurant or enjoy oysters at Austons on 98\. Beach Service is provided by La Dolce Vita and includes 2 chairs/1 umbrella.
