(TIP: It's also the perfect place to enjoy a card game with friends! Cards can be found in our console under the TV) • The LIVING AREA also features a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded gel foam mattress for those extra guests in your group. Our full-size dining table has 6 chairs and a dining bench to accommodate 9-10\. Additional counter seating for 2 is available at the kitchen breakfast counter. And a booster seat can be found on the shelf in the laundry room. • From the dining area, move into the large KITCHEN, offering upscale appliances and furnishings, with ample storage for your supplies. We offer both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and all your favorite small appliances! The cabinets offer a modest supply of pantry basics like salt, pepper, variety of spices, cooking oil, Pam spray, foil, baggies, coffee filters, etc. • On the other side of the kitchen you'll find a half-bath and large laundry room with Samsung washer and dryer, and a drying rack. • Our laundry room cabinets are stocked with complimentary beach/pool towels, as well as a generous array of household supplies. (No skimping on trash bags here!) • The rear door is located right off the kitchen/dining area. Follow the path to our private outdoor patio where you'll find a 3-burner Weber grill and Adirondack patio seating under a shady pergola. This patio is south-facing, making it a great place to wind down in the evening. SECOND FLOOR... Private beach access, with provide transportation to beach was terrific. This helped with elderly parents and young kids, along with everything you take to beach. We had an excellent stay! The house was open and airy, so CLEAN and welcoming! Our twin grandsons loved the bunk beds; perfect just outside their parents room. What put it over the top were the provided beach towels, laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper,etc…enough to last our entire stay! No worrying abut rushing to the store to get essentials!! Everything that we needed (especially for kids) was ready for us when we got there. On top of that, the gated community has two pools, sidewalks and has a back entrance/exit to zip out to local restaurants and grocery stores. Additionally, we coordinated a few baby/toddler items through Babyquip and Darlene was more than willing to meet the Babyquip representative and have everything set up for us when we got there.
