A lush green lawn─ one of Destin’s largest ─ surrounds an expansive pool deck while the sparkling Gulf water provides an unusually beautiful backdrop.
Whether you take in the peaceful scenery from one of 310’s three private balconies or from the comfort of the couch, everything about this rental is calming. The decor infuses pale tones and sea glass hues adorned with modern coastal art and beach-chic furnishings. Plus, upgrades include the fully stocked kitchen with a custom tile backsplash, white quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances; a primary suite with a huge bathroom boasting double vanities, a spa bathtub and a walk-in shower; and engineered hardwood floors throughout.
Real relaxation happens when everything is at your fingertips. Amenities at Mediterranea include a full laundry room in the unit, elevators, gated parking, tennis courts and a fitness center. Additionally, a deeded beach access is available exclusively for Mediterranea guests, and nearby Pompano Joe’s restaurant offers fresh seafood and libations making that chill beach life a reality.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Love Mediterranea
We had a great time at this condo. This was the second time my family and I stayed here but not in the same room. This is a very clean property and well-secured. The only problem with this particular room (310) this time was that the Wifi would not connect. We called the property managers, and they had someone come out to reset it. This happened twice. Not sure what was going on there, but overall we had a really great time. I would definitely recommend staying at this property on your next trip to the beach! We certainly will! :)

Wonderful experience at Mediterranea
We enjoyed very much our week at this home away from home! The pool, beach access and overall property are stunningly beautiful. This dwelling is well furnished, well cared for and comfortable for the whole family. Property manager Newman-Dailey was responsive and helpful with the few questions that we had. We would recommend this home and Newman-Dailey to everyone who is looking forward to an amazing experience on the Emerald Coast.

Love Mediterreanea and this condo is tops!
We loved the view from the balcony of this unit. The kitchen equipment was rather sparse -- but we made do. Usually, it would be no problem, but with the pandemic, we didn't go out to eat very much. The brand-new washer was terrific. We spent lots of time in the pool, and at the beach, so we washed a ton of towels. It handled it like a champ. The decor was fresh and everything was spotless upon our arrival.

We LOVED our condo! Unit 310D was lovely, had ocean views from every room, and was immaculate. We had trouble with Wifi and getting the dryer working and the management was RIGHT ON IT. Within minutes they came over and made sure everything was working (it turned out to be user error ;-). I was there with my grandkids and daughter-in-law. We had two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a sofa bed. It was roomy, the sofa bed was super comfortable for the kids, and the beach was easily accessible with just a walk across the street. I didn't swim but my family told me the pool was heated which they counted as a big plus. Thanks for a great time!
