Beachfront! This is the perfect location for you in Miramar Beach. No need to ask how far to the beach - grab a towel, pour a drink and walk right onto the pristine white sand. The beach area is designated private for Seawinds #1 so you have plenty of space to spread out and have fun. We love it here and you will too!
This bright and airy three-level townhouse in the heart of The Beaches of South Walton is perfect for couples or families. Three decks, fresh coastal decor, and huge windows with unobstructed views of the Gulf let you enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. Level one has one bath and two large bedrooms each with a king bed. The second king bedroom also has a sleeper sofa, overlooks the ocean and opens onto its own deck with sofa and chairs for cozy mornings or evenings by the sea. Walk upstairs to the open, high ceilinged living area, kitchen, queen bedroom and bath. The upper level is a master suite with king bed and bath, walk-in closet, sitting area and awesome views of the Gulf.

If you are looking for a GREAT beach vacation with lazy days relaxing to the sound of the surf, afternoons building sandcastles with the kiddos, and evenings toasting the sunset from your deck, then this is the place for you. For more adventure, we are conveniently located near water sports and bike rentals. The walk/bike path is just across the street. Nature? We are minutes away from multiple State Parks. Shopping? The Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall with 120 designer outlets is less than 2 miles away. Or stroll the boutiques, gift shops and galleries along 30A. Dining? We are walking distance to the top beachfront restaurants and a cool local coffee shop. Or visit the nearby Whole Foods or Publix to stock up and grill out on your own deck! Everyone will love Baytowne Wharf, just 3 miles away, with its activities for the kids, upscale dining, shopping and nightlife.

Seawinds #1 comes fully stocked with linens (except beach towels) and the kitchen has everything you need! Plus the giant beach level deck has a closet full of beach chairs and beach toys, a freshwater shower, and a patio table making it easy to have fun!
Come enjoy the best Miramar Beach has to offer!! But book early. This place fills up quickly.

Please note- We have a strict Spring Break policy and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

Please note- a recent change to the fire code prohibits grilling at the property.

This unit does not have cable or satellite. All TVs are equipped for streaming.


During Spring Break, Peak Summer, and Fall Break the unit rents Saturday to Saturday.

Great Townhome and Super Convenient

We had a rocky first two days due to the AC breaking. The property manager was on top of things and helped find us a quick solution to help us out. They also get the AC repaired the first business day and compensated us for the inconvenience as well. We loved the open concept on the main floor and the porch system was great! Never fought for a spot on the beach lots of room not over crowded. We will definitely stay again! I highly recommend!

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at Seawinds 1. It was comfortable for our whole family and in a nice location. The house was stocked with plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids and adults. The only problem is that parking is a little tight for larger family sized vehicles. Other than that, 5 stars!

This home was way more than expected! Our whole family enjoyed the home and the beach and the kids loved all the beach toys. It was nice to be able to walk out the back door and just a few steps away you are at the beach and not crowded at all. We would definitely come stay here again.

Outstanding house

This house and location was perfect in every way! I was with mom’s and teenage daughters on spring break and though it was crowded that time of year, we could walk to many restaurants and shops. There was plenty of room for everyone and the view and beach access was spectacular! We even enjoyed the house on a rainy day because of the view of the ocean. The house was also very clean and nicely updated. I would definitely stay here again!

Girls in Family Getaway

Apparent that owner cares and pays alot of attention to their property. Property management group was always very prompt and friendly in communication. We had a minor problem that maintenance had to come and they were there in no time flat ! The oceanfront location cant be beat ! Listing info very accurate.

Excellent and beautiful house with an amazing view! My friends and I had an amazing time here! The only reason I am giving it a 4 stars is because the sofa bed that is listed as one of the beds for guests was super uncomfortable and because of that we had sleeping arrangement troubles. I would recommend purchasing this house for 8 people and not 10 unless there is an alternative for the sofa bed. Other than that, the experience was amazing!!

a beach side escape

overall, the condo was very well kept, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our beachside vacation. The check-in process was easy and directions for check out were simple as well. Everything is within walking distance, very safe and enjoyable. The owners had every kitchen supply a family would need to cook...and the furniture and cleanliness of the home were lovely. The only watch out - the beds are all rather small (Queen size) and with the bedrooms as large as they are, King beds would have been more comfortable, especially when traveling as families. There also seemed to be an opportunity to use the loft space for a futon or sofa instead of an outdoor set (which we didn't use).

Lovely beach property

The access to the beach is absolute perfection! There are 3 balconies which allow beach watching and star gazing. The living area is nicely decorated, comfortable and the kitchen functional. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed! The microwave is very loud and could literally wake the house. It appears lights are being placed over dining room table which are needed. Prior reviews stated the living area was hot and this is largely due to no blinds on the windows. It was not a significant problem in November but would be during warmer months. There was only one beach chair and no beach towels. We liked the property and would return.

Definitely a GEM @ The Beach!!!

So we booked this house on the notion of another friend (that didn't even come on the trip) that absolutely wanted to stay in an oceanfront beach property for the vacation, the others of us wanted to stay at the Sandestin Resort. The pictures were just OK and didn't excite us, but the price was comfortable given we booked last minute.. so we went for it. The pending hurricanes also made us leary to even get on the road, but we are so glad we came!!!! It only stormed Friday night, but the lightening was kind of cool to see across the open gulf water (weird I know).... but the rest of the time the trip was amazing, with perfect weather. I actually want the owners to hire a better photographer and take new pics of the home, because what you have online now, and what the home looks like doesn't compare, it's REALLY PRETTY, super comfortable, and spacious. The location is everything!!! We did walk the street lots, but also getting in the car and going places was easy to the location. We were able to park 4 cars creatively as well at the home, so that was a plus cause not everyone came from the same city. The home even came with a tent for the beach and umbrellas (which we didn't use cause we brought our own), and had planned to rent chairs once there from a local company, but nope.... didn't need to, the home had those as well. The kitchen was even stocked with cute little platters to make your meals present better on the table. The home really was a great treat to us, and the group has already said they want to return next Summer. My ONLY negative about the home was that the air conditioner only worked from about 4:00-6:30 am downstairs in the 2 bedrooms on the bottom level. But thankfully the rooms had ceiling fans, and no one suffered miserably in their sleep.

Perfect stay for family vacation

This condo was perfect for our 8 adults and 2 children—plenty of space, well stocked kitchen supplies, and steps from the beach! We had a great time and had no complaints the entire time.

Great beachfront property

Excellent place for a beach vacation! Decorated in fun beach-themed decor. The rooms facing the streets could benefit from curtains to block out the light from the Circle K across the street. Otherwise, it was really nice! Would come back!

Updated and beautiful inside. Easy access to the beach was a plus with small children. Many beach toys/floats/chairs to use on the beach. Kitchen was also well stocked!
