Cycle, run or walk along the beach boardwalk and beach road! This unit is also a very close walk to several award-winning restaurants. Being so close to the beach and restaurants makes getting around safe and easy for the whole family. The large 40ft x 30ft pool is heated during major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Seaside Villa is an energy-efficient ''Earth Cents'' home that will wrap you in luxury. The living room tv has a catalog of over 1000 movies and shows. It is pet friendly and includes a garage, community pool, paved driveway, stainless appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen & baths, two sets of built-in bunk beds, hardwood flooring, porcelain tile, and crown molding throughout. The open living area, kitchen, and outside areas are perfect for large gatherings. Each level of the home has its own temperature control—balconies off the living room and the 2nd-floor front bedroom. The spacious primary bedroom/bath with a large walk-in closet, garden tub, and oversized shower highlights the luxurious features! We know pets are family, and we welcome some small dogs, so please contact us about the fees and acceptable "fur babies" you wish to bring. We were within walking distance to the beach if it wasn’t so hot! The house was great. Every area was clean except for the snack tray in the living room, very small detail, not a deal breaker. Each bedroom was as pictured large and the beds were comfortable. I was expecting the second floor bedroom to have a private bathroom also. The kitchen had enough utensils for the little cooking we did. The living area was comfortable for all five of us to watch movies together. I did not have to call the manager for anything. The beach was within easy walking distance. We did, however, rent a golf cart which was great for carrying beach stuff back and forth. ##### Kathy B. We enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villa. We found the property clean and orderly when we arrived and left it in the same condition. Property could have been cleaner - bathroom, beds, floors. Kids bedroom downstairs is an odd location since it was near the door and it just did not feel quite safe. They need outdoor chairs to sit on porch or balcony. Had to go to pool to sit outside. Not very convenient. ##### L W. It was clean with plenty of bedrooms and towels. The garage was nice to be able to leave our beach items each day, and the beach cart and chairs provided were a huge bonus! The only improvement that we felt needed would be a dead bolt lock on the back door in the bunk room and some blinds for the same door. ##### Tara C.
