Seafoam offers a first floor king room (ideal for mobility challenged Guests); a 2nd floor king master suite with private full bath, sitting room and balcony; a 2nd floor king room and a 2nd floor bunk room with a roll away trundle bed that sleeps 4. Add three sofabeds to that count and Seafoam offers a massive 16 person sleeping capacity.

No need to drain your wallet on toy rentals. Seafoam includes 2 paddleboards, and a brand new 6 seater golf cart to help make lifelong memories. And when you are ready to return home, cool off in Seafoam’s community pool that is just steps away from its front door Afterward, grill your fresh caught seafood in Seafoam’s outdoor dining area.

Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Seafoam. Seafoam’s private, gated beach is only a 3 minute walk (even less by golf cart). Seafoam is less than ½ mile to our public regional beach access points (yep, the huge white beaches that you see in brochures). Just 2 miles to Silver Sands Premium Outlets (the largest premium outlet mall on the Gulf Coast). Seafoam has parking for up to 3 mid size cars. There are also 5 overflow parking areas throughout the neighborhood.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No exceptions.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: If you would like to reserve more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks!

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are strictly prohibited.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Seafoam during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions

NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
