  • Come relax at a Sea Cabin "Mint4U" across the street from 100' of private beach. Renovated & fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath townhome. Sleeps 6. Near Beach Bar access w/ FREE beach bonfires on Mon/Fri. New kitchen appliances, W & D combo unit, & smart TV's. Heated pool, BBQ grill/picnic area, and covered pavilion. Chair/umbrella rental available. Explore nearby coffee and dining options within walking distance. Conveniently located between Destin & 30A in Miramar Beach. *Minimum 25 years of age required to book and be present for the duration of the stay. *Our sea cabin is pet-free and smoke-free. (This includes smoking on the patio). In either instance, violators will be evicted without refund and fined an additional $2500. One parking spot available. HOA does not allow golf carts.
