Sandestin Cottage on Raven Golf Course: 3 En-Suite BR, Golf Cart, Pool

Welcome to Kennedy`s Cottage, a light-blue coastal retreat in the Laurel Grove neighborhood of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. The cottage sits right on the Raven Golf Course, with Raven`s Hole #3 just out the back door, and two golf carts are included for your stay.

This low-country-style cottage is set among mature pines and decorated in a soft aqua watercolor palette. Arrive to a charming covered front porch with ceiling fans, hanging ferns, Adirondack chairs, a hanging egg chair and a porch sofa. A covered back porch offers even more space to unwind, with a porch swing and additional seating.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept living room with vaulted ceilings, tall windows, a ceiling fan, a large sectional, armchairs and a large streaming TV. French doors lead right back out to the porch, making indoor-outdoor relaxing effortless. The living area flows into the kitchen, outfitted with white cabinets, suede granite counters, an island and a breakfast bar with stools. You`ll also find stainless appliances including a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus drip and single-serve coffee makers and a toaster. Gather around the dining table with a bench on one side and chairs.

Bedrooms (all three have en-suite bathrooms):
- Primary bedroom: king bed, streaming TV, ceiling fan, golf course views and direct access to the back porch. The en-suite bath has a soaking tub, a double granite vanity with vessel sinks, and a generous walk-in shower.
- First-floor guest bedroom: queen bed, streaming TV, ceiling fan and direct access to the front porch
- Second-floor bunk room: queen bed, full-over-full bunk beds, crib, desk, streaming TV, vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan

There are three full bathrooms in total, one attached to each bedroom.

LAUREL GROVE CLUBHOUSE
The neighborhood clubhouse has a pool (open 8am–10pm), a hot tub, an exercise room (open 24/7), a full kitchen and an outdoor grilling area. Catch-and-release fishing ponds are nearby.

SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT
The award-winning resort covers 2,400 acres between the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay. It offers 4 championship golf courses, 7 miles of beach, 15 tennis courts, a full-service marina with kayak and paddleboard rentals, multiple pools, a health club and spa, 11 miles of trails, and more than 40 shops, restaurants and nightlife spots. The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Jolee Island add a ropes course, zip line, climbing wall and arcade.

BEACH DAYS
The beach is about 2.2 miles away by car or golf cart. The included golf carts let you skip Hwy 98 and 30-A traffic: take the cart path to The Beach House (beachfront dining with restrooms) and go through the tunnel under Hwy 98. Extra beach chairs are in the storage bin behind the house.

PARKING & GOLF CARTS
There is parking for only one vehicle, in the driveway. Two golf carts are included with your stay: one 6-seater and one 4-seater.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.

We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and leave it as you found it. If anything is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, a charge may apply. Linens that are excessively stained or destroyed will also be subject to replacement fees.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON PINE NEEDLES — the HOA issues a $100 fine. Keep all vehicle and golf cart tires off of the pine needles.

PARKING: There is parking available for only one vehicle, in the driveway.

Please remove your shoes at the door.

Golf cart: The golf cart key is hanging by the front door. Unplug the cart before taking off and plug it back in after each use. Remove the key and keep it with you at the beach or while out. A lost key results in a $125 replacement fee.

Trash: Trash pick-up is every day between 6am and 10am. Trash must be bagged and placed at the end of the driveway. Trash cannot be put out before 6am and is NOT allowed to sit out overnight (HOA rules — HOA fines apply).

Please treat the home and its furnishings with care and notify us promptly of any damage or missing items. Reimbursement for guest-caused damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, or eligible additional cleaning may be requested through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. This may include linens damaged beyond reasonable cleaning or repair.

Quiet hours: 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please fully extinguish cigarettes and dispose of all smoking materials safely in an appropriate receptacle. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground, in landscaping, or elsewhere around the property.

Pets: Pets are not permitted.

Minimum booking age: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. This age requirement applies only to the booking guest; children and younger accompanying guests are welcome.

The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essential toiletries for your convenience upon arrival. For extended stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased locally.
