### 10A - 2BR $700+ in freebies incl golf, On Beach

Updated and upgraded Luxury Beach Townhome. We raised the ceiling on this one. No, we actually did. We raised the kitchen and dining room celiings. We added a LOT of lighting. Views are SPECTACULAR! Private beach and complimentary beach service between March and October. Upgraded 800TC linens. Soaps, towels everything has been upgraded. We even provided a lot of extras. This property is perfect.

The location was awesome. The beds were comfortable. The place has a lot of work. In the overview it states good lighting but that was not the case. Half of the doom lighting in the living area didn’t work. There was a link from the upstairs bathroom linked to the main floor. The handle of the stove broke off the first day. Additional issues - \[ \] Only one hand soap in half bath- \[ \] 2 fridges no ice / water maker- \[ \] Directions link was not accurate - \[ \] Front door got stuck- \[ \] Lamps shade were slightly broken
