An umbrella and two chairs are kept in the unit for our guests' use, as well as a wagon to carry your items to the beach. NO STREETS TO CROSS!! A shuttle is also available for pickup at cottage and drop off at beach entrance during prime rental months. Pool chiller in large pool!! Tennis and pickleball courts are steps away! Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort is a Silver Medal tennis resort and a Gold Medal pickleball resort on tennis resorts online. There are six rubico tennis courts and three pickleball courts. This is a completely remodeled unit with new flooring, furniture, appliances, paint, decor, etc. It was our goal to make this the perfect getaway and home-away-from home for your vacation. Covid-19 cleaning: All linens are changed between guests and the unit is cleaned and sprayed with a disinfectant. Covid-19 guidelines are followed. Enjoy a wonderful getaway with the beach within walking distance (6 minutes--no crossing streets!) and tennis and pickleball courts literally steps away. Sit and relax on the screened-in porch and watch your friends and family enjoy a game of tennis. The resort offers many opportunities for walking and riding bikes. This is a second-floor unit and there is one flight of stairs. This unit is not handicapped accessible. The living room has a sofa and love seat and a LG 86” smart TV with sound bar (YouTube TV, Sling (with tennis channel)) and streaming capabilities. Enjoy the ultimate theater experience without leaving the property. The dining room has seating for six at the dining room table and two at the bar. (Two additional chairs are nearby for additional seating at dining room table.) The kitchen is chef-ready and fully furnished with everything you would need for preparing and enjoying a wonderful meal. This unit has two bedrooms downstairs and a loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, chaise lounge for a nice reading area, and en-suite bath with shower. This bedroom has a LG 65” smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a LG 55” smart TV, and access to private bath. The upstairs loft has two queen beds with a LG 50” smart TV and an en-suite bath. This unit is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. There are two community gas grills located steps away. The beach is a 0.3 mile walk (about 6 minutes) on mostly tree-lined paths. No streets to cross. During prime season, there is a courtesy shuttle to the beach which will come to the unit for pickup. There are two pools located within Hidden Dunes, one of which is heated during the winter and equipped with a pool chiller in the summer, and a hot tub. Hidden Dunes is a tennis and pickleball resort and has an on-site pro. Clinics and lessons are available. Matches can be arranged by the pro. There are six rubico tennis and three pickleball courts located within Hidden Dunes which are rented by the hour. There is a pro on duty and both private and group lessons are available. Proper tennis attire is required. Hidden Dunes also has a playground area, basketball court, and cornhole located not far from the unit. Numerous shops and restaurants are located near and within driving distance to Hidden Dunes Resort. The outlet mall is located about 0.50 miles away; Sandestin is about 0.25 miles across the street; and Grand Boulevard is about 1.00 mile to the East with shops and restaurants. This is a beautiful, peaceful area where you can take long walks along tree-lined paths, play tennis, swim, or go to the beach. Such a relaxing vacation can be had here. Need a crib? Contact Coastal Cribs at 850 225 7216\. They will deliver prior to your arrival and pick it up after your departure. Administrative fee includes the cleaning fee. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. The hosts have fully stocked the kitchen making it very easy to cook in. The unit was meticulously clean and very spacious. It sleeps eight people very comfortably—no couch beds counted as sleeping areas. It was a short walk away from the beautiful Miramar Beach, and offered a shuttle if desired. The pools were a good size, well maintained, and had plenty of seating. It is an ideal place to rest, relax, and soak in the beach life. The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening beverages not to mention provides a Birds Eye view of tennis matches! There are pickleball courts too so bring your racquets & paddles if you play! The beach is a hop skip and jump through the beautifully landscaped grounds and bubbling water fountains. Two pools (one heated) with hot tubs offer finishing touches to this resort. Everyone we met, both residents & guests were super friendly & welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo, and would return to again. We were there in July, so it was very hot. At the end of a long day at the beach, the walk back did seem kind of long. The property was perfect for our family. We were able to play tennis and enjoy the beach each day. The owners were very kind and helpful. This cottage is beautifully decorated and functional. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and there is plenty of room. The children loved spending time at one of the pools which was closely located. The owners were very accommodating, prompt with responses to questions and made us feel very welcome. It is completely remodeled. A short (5 minutes) walk to the sugar-white sand beach with no streets to cross. We had a great time. The condo is exactly as advertised and well maintained. Teresa was very accommodating and checked on us several times. The only complaint I have has nothing at all to do with the owners. While most days the 5-10 minute walk was actually relaxing. The tram to the beach was not always available. While carrying multiple heavy things down, made it more difficult. Great host Overall amazing!! Home was gorgeous, host was even better. List of space with everything we needed. Cons: not closed to much within walking distance, ubers we’re few and far between due to traffic in the sandestin area. Also don’t know that the dishwasher worked, soap was still in the dispenser after we ran it, we just hand washed everything. (Didn’t realize till the morning we checked out). Never got the WiFi to work but we didn’t need it. Our host went above and beyond. Allowed us to drop bags and stay a little later due to the ts coming in. Beach was beautiful and you didn’t even need the beach shuttle. Would stay here again! ##### Lynnette C. No elevators to load after a hot day on the beach was a great bonus! We’ve always stayed at high-rise condos facing the beach but opted for something with a little more privacy this time. We had no regrets! With 5 adults, one teenager, a two year one and 6 month old, we really appreciated the privacy of the cottage life and especially loved the screened-in back porch-much safer than a balcony with little ones! We were steps away from a nice big pool that offered patio furniture with comfortable chaise lounges and table sets with umbrellas. Even though we weren’t directly on the beach (but still didn’t have to cross a busy street), a trolley service was offered. My men especially loved the cottage with the huge screen tvs, and I loved the UNBELIEVABLE master shower! A little side note about the area: Since we’ve always gone to Panama City Beach, I was unsure about the actual beach at Mirimar, but it was SO NICE! The beach for Hidden Dunes was spread out and spacious and absolutely gorgeous water! Book now. You won’t regret it! ##### Terry R. The owners were probably the friendliest we have ever dealt with. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. The unit is close to highway but you would never know it. Even when you’re sitting on the screened lanai we never heard traffic. They do offer a shuttle to the beach and there are also a few parking spots along the east side of the property if you get there early enough. The living and dining areas are set up well with new furniture, a wine cooler, and a very large tv. The kitchen has everything you need but the groceries and someone to cook them for you. The master bedroom and bath are perfect with another very large tv in the bedroom and the bed and lounge are very comfortable. The other downstairs bedroom is nice with a good size tv and a soft bed. The kids enjoyed the feeling of privacy they got from the lofted bedroom and it’s bathroom. The grills are close and were always available when we needed them. The beach service the resort offers worked well for us. They were very friendly to us and went out of their way to help get our things down to the beach and back up. The unit does have an umbrella, plenty of chairs and a wagon for carrying it all down to the beach too. Stores and restaurants were close by so we didn’t have to fight the peak season traffic much at all. I would definitely recommend this unit and these owners if you are looking to go to this area. ##### Justin J. The unit was very well furnished with new furniture and appliances. In fact, we removed the plastic from the outside cushions. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived. Huge tv in the living room. Incredible shower in the master BR. The kitchen was extremely well appointed with everything you need, including to grill. Community grills were only about 50 feet away and worked without trouble. Owner contacted us beforehand to make sure we had received entry codes (we hadn’t) and took care of it before our arrival time. She was very attentive. I give the unit and owner high marks on all accounts. Two notes. The unit is near the front of the property not near the beach. This was disclosed accurately in the description - 0.3 miles to the beach - but it’s a good walk when you’re carrying beach stuff. Note, there is a wagon provided by the owner in the unit. Second, the beach chair situation is unfriendly. The company running the service sets their chairs up from property line to property line and you are not allowed to be in front of them. You can bring your own chairs and umbrella but you will not have an unobstructed view of the water. I personally witnessed them call security to remove “squatters”. I understand the chair business well but in my opinion, this property has overstepped in not allowing ANY waterfront access to those not wishing to pay $40 a day for a place to sit. ##### Scott F. The furnishings were new and high-quality, large TVs came in handy when weather at the beach didn’t cooperate.
