In addition to three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main home, Griffin's Getaway features a detached carriage house with a separate living area, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and even a sauna - making it the ultimate family getaway! The quiet, beachfront neighborhood of Caribe includes two community pools, tennis courts, and private beach access roughly 1,000 feet from Griffin's Getaway. This is a two-story house with a detached carriage house. BEDDING SUMMARY: Main Home Master Bedroom Loft: King Bed Main Home Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed Main Home Guest Bedroom: Twin over Twin Bunkbed Set Carriage House Loft: King Bed The fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the cookware and dishware you need to prepare your family's favorite meals, flows into the dining area. Seating for five at the breakfast bar and six at the dining room table ensures everyone has a place to sit to enjoy meals together. On the other side of the kitchen, the spacious living area features a large sectional and a flat-screen TV. Just off of the dining area, the first Guest Bedroom features a Queen Bed and a flat-screen TV, with access to the back porch. Also on the first floor, the second Guest Bedroom features a Twin over Twin Bunkbed Set. The Master Bedroom Suite encompasses the second-floor loft of the home. In addition to a King Bed, walk-through closet, and large en-suite bathroom, this Master Suite has a private rooftop balcony. The private, detached Carriage House makes family getaways a breeze.
