Ariel Dunes 301 at Seascape Resort combines space, style, and unbeatable beach access. This is your next vacation getaway. With 3 bedrooms and three 3 bathrooms, this gorgeous condo accommodates up to 8 guests with plenty of room to spare; its balcony is among the largest offered in the area, creating the ideal spot to enjoy the emerald-hued waters of the Gulf and the refreshing sea breeze.  
  
About Ariel Dunes I Unit 301:  
  
The open living area is spacious and inviting, featuring a cozy sofa setup, one of which converts to a queen-sized bed for added flexibility. Step through sliding doors onto the balcony directly from the living room to extend your relaxation space. The dining area seats six, perfect for meals or game nights. A fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and Keurig allows you to prepare meals with ease. This unit also has a washer and dryer, adding convenience for extended stays.  
  
The primary bedroom includes balcony access, a king bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a king bed, a TV, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and balcony access. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, with access to a full hall bathroom.  
  
Sleeping Arrangements:  
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, balcony access and a private bathroom  
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, balcony access and a private bathroom  
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV with shared bathroom.  
Sofa in the living area pulls out to a queen bed.  
  
Ariel Dunes offers two pools, one with a zero-entry point for all ages and another with a fun mushroom fountain. Both provide ample lounging space and are heated from October through March.  
  
Guests enjoy access to over 2,000 feet of private sugar-white sand beach, with chair and umbrella rentals available.  
  
Beyond the resort, you’ll find easy access to the best of Miramar Beach, including Seascape Resort’s live music events, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Emerald Bay and Regatta Bay Golf Clubs, Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin, and shopping at Destin Commons.  
  
Interested in more activities? Enjoy access to tennis courts, a modern fitness center with a steam room and sauna, watersport and bike rentals, and the onsite Cabana Café Bar & Restaurant. For beachfront dining, head across the street to Whale’s Tail Bar & Grill.
