Located in the heart of The Village of Baytowne Wharf, this 2nd-floor Observation Point unit is perfect for families and individuals alike. This is professionally decorated with a coastal chic flare. For those that enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fitted with commercial grade Viking appliances. The living area has a large flat-screen TV and plenty of board games to keep kids entertained for hours. The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. Off the master bedroom is a modern master bathroom with floor to ceiling tile, a large soaking tub, and a stand-up shower. The second bedroom is situated as a connected suite with two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. This connected suite also has its kitchenette including a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave! The large private balcony has several different ways to enjoy the sweeping views of Baytowne Wharf. The beach is just a quick ride away and dining/entertainment steps away. We were able to watch the Pirate Night show and enjoy movie night all from our incredibly spacious balcony. We will definitely be booking this property in the future, but will bring a noise machine for the bedrooms since Rum Runners stays open later on the weekends. ##### Devyn Q. It is directly in the middle of Baytown in Sandestin. Everything is close. We will definitely rent this unit again. Reasonably priced too.
