Beautifully furnished two bedroom, two and a half bath lakefront villa! Upgrades to this remarkable unit include granite countertops, updated cabinets, custom lighting, remodeled bathrooms including tile floors, and designer decor! The white sandy beach of Sandestin is a short walk, and the sparkling Beachwalk Villas swimming pool is a 2-minute walk from the villa. We have stayed at a variety of locations in the resort over the past 20 years. This villa was in a great location and was pet friendly, so we could include our dog in the fun. The golf cart made it easy to access the beach and the Village of Baytown Wharf. There was enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably and hang out and watch football or play games. There were restaurants and ice cream shops a short walk away, too. We had a lovely staycation and look forward to our next visit. Thanks! ##### Suzi S. Very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked. We really enjoyed the golf cart, making it very easy to explore the entire resort and made for quick trips to the beach. Baytowne Warf is a must experience! Great restaurants, shopping and of course, the marina. We will be back! ##### Drew G. This was our second time at this villa and another enjoyable experience. We love the location which is close to the beach, restaurants, golf, Baytowne Wharf and many walking trails. Our villa was tastefully decorated and met all of our needs. From our patio we had fun watching pelicans, herons and egrets diving into the lake for fish. Our host immediately replied to all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend this villa and we plan on staying again. ##### Anna H. It was a quiet and peaceful part of the Sandestin resort. The golf cart came in handy as we had to attend convention events at the Hilton every day.
