Best location you could ever ask for! Wine brunch upon arrival, gated community, private security 24/7\. Tucked away in an unbeatable location, this gorgeous modern 2- story house is just waiting to be enjoyed. With stunning comfort and steps to the private beach, you’re sure to enjoy this breathtaking home, which includes all your living needs.   
  
The exquisitely decorated and thoughtfully equipped house with 12 ft ceiling offers four bedrooms (Master & 2nd Bedrooms have King-Size beds, 3rd & 4th Bedrooms have Queen-Size Beds) and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Very big spacious bedrooms, as well as large closets!  
  
Spend your leisure time in its spacious Family room, open gourmet kitchen which features Wolf Gas Range and Oven, Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Countertop and custom-built cabinets. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, bakeware, pots/pans, wide fridge and a separate freezer.   
  
All bedrooms have TV's. The master bathroom has separate vanities and custom shower. The three bedrooms upstairs have their own separate vanities.  
  
Outside patio has Summer Kitchen with Gas Grill.

Caribe is a private gated community of only about 100 homes, 2 private pools, 2 private beach accesses, a fishing lake, and a tennis/pickle ball court. Only a minute walk to the beach from our house.  
  
We provide one Beach Setup that includes 2 lounge chairs, umbrella and a table on our private beach. If you desire additional setups you can contact our beach services manager for additional cost. We also provide backpack folded chairs that you can bring to the beach.  
  
You must be at least age 27 to book. We do not accept vacationing students or chaperoned groups. Max number of guests is 8 including infants. Guest limit is set by HOA and will be enforced. Other booking restrictions may apply\*. Please call for details.

Driveway parking holds up to 3 cars  
All spaces in the house including full laundry room are accessible except owner office and storage. Please note that our house is strictly an animal-free zone due to allergies of our family members. Community heated pool is right across the house.

\*\*This property only allows for eight people of all ages to stay the night and only permits weekly reservations per community association regulations.   
\*Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

#### Fantastic Home, Location & Host

We had a great time on our recent vacation. The home was clean and well organized for members our family to each have their own room and bathroom. The beach is very close and private for the neighborhood, so it was not overly crowded, even for a holiday weekend. The host was very accommodating and communicative and even left a welcome gift and guide to the area. We will definitely stay here again!

#### Family vacay

I meet my sister and her family every year in Miramar Beach for a week long vacation. We love the Caribe neighborhood. This was the best house we have stayed in. The house is clean and modern. The kitchen is well stocked. Nice high end appliances, and plenty of cookware, drink ware, etc. nice big fridge, and separate full size freezer and ice maker. The house is well stocked with laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, ziplock bags, spices, etc. Irina the host had a beautiful welcome basket for us on arrival. All the bedrooms are ensuites and served our family well. The home is decorated nicely. There was a wagon and sand toys for the beach. It’s a short walk to the PRIVATE beach access. We had chair and umbrella service for the entire week, there were 6 other beach chairs that we could easily put on our back for the quick walk. Irina was extremely responsive and accommodating. Like I said, this is our favorite neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Oh yeah, one other thing… the pool is right across from the house.. the kiddos loved that!
