New BEACH RAMP just opened - offering easier access to the beach! Welcome to “Sand in Your Sandals”, a well-appointed condo located in top-rated Maravilla Resort on the second floor of Building 3\. Our unit offers amazing side views of the Gulf of Mexico from our extra-large balcony which can be accessed from both the living room and master suite. The condo is open and airy and has been renovated – enjoy granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths and get a great night’s rest on the comfortable beds. Tile hardwood-look flooring complements the furniture, fresh paint, and décor. Maravilla is one of the most sought-after resorts in the area due to its beautiful setting JUST ACROSS THE STREET from its own PRIVATE 2.5 ACRE BEACH which offers plentiful recreational amenities. BEACH SET-UP is included (March 1 through October 31)! The resort is family and dog-friendly and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Maravilla offers two pools (one heated seasonally) and a hot tub, newly repaved courts (one tennis and two pickleball), basketball, a fitness center, community barbecues, picnic tables and two FREE PARKING spots. Guests also enjoy miles of walking/biking paths which surround the resort. Inside the condo, you will find games, beach toys, a beach wagon, basketball, volleyball, and pickleball raquets and balls. Michelle checked in with us numerous times and kept us updated throughout the week. She has everything you need and more. I usually bring extra trash bags and zip lock bag…I didn’t need to, Michelle had those covered. Need extra sunscreen or aloe….already there too. Basically, all the things that you might find yourself running to the store for are already thought of and taken care of. We brought our Golden Retriever who absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony with me to people watch. Access to beach was great and the “chair guys” were amazing…even offered to run to gas station to get me an Alani. The pools, pickle ball courts and cornhole boards were fantastic when we needed a break from the beach. The location of the resort is also great- easy to grab a bite to eat and shop! The property was as listed and had lot of amenities for the beach. It's also very near plenty of restaurants and amusements. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We had a small issue with getting warm showers but I'm sure it will be rectified. The owner has notified us that the property was undergoing a major renovation. The work did impede our movement and caused a good bit of dust and noise. That made it a 4.5 star visit for us but I understand the work will be completed in a few months. ##### Julia D. The unit had everything you could want for a beach vacation - games, beach chairs, a cooler, water toys - and was beautiful and so comfortable. The location was perfect. Steps to the beach and right by a lovely walking trail through Miramar Beach. The host was super communicative and welcoming. The best part is, we were able to bring our dog! The property and its amenities are wonderful with a short walk across the street to the beach. Pictures accurately depict the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Michelle’s timely communication and consumer service was top notch. Looking forward to booking again for our next trip! ##### Lexie R.
