There are few complexes, hotels or condos in Destin that are as beloved as Maravilla. With entrances from Scenic Gulf Drive and US Highway 98, Maravilla is very easy to access. Unit 2409 is in building 2 with a direct beach front view. All of our Maravilla condo rentals are dog friendly with certain breed restrictions. This condo is offered at the lowest rate available for our Maravilla Gulf front rentals. Guests love being able to have a great view of both the pool and the beach from this unit. Beach service for 2 is included from mid March until Oct 31st each year. 2 Bedroom | 2 Bath | Accommodates 6 | Pet Friendly All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute. It is a beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean. The whole process of booking, checking in, etc. was stress free. Being so close to restaurants, stores, shops, etc. was also perfect for staying at this property. The white sand and emerald waters are breathtaking. The view was absolutely amazing! The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes. There was plenty of room for everybody to sleep and the beds were comfortable. Location and view were wonderful and we so appreciate having our fur baby with us on our trip. The beach setup was such a great perk and the attendants were outstanding (remember to tip these guys well!!). The walking path in front of the property is so nice for morning walks. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the grills and cooked in most nights. Check in was easy and we had no issues during our stay that needed attending. Traffic on arrival day is brutal so I would highly recommend arriving early and finding some activity/shopping until check-in time. We definitely plan on returning. ##### Jennifer F. The location is great, good access to the beach, great view. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 adult sons. Our only complaint would have been that the room was not very clean when we arrived. We found dirty dished in the cabinet and one of the bathrooms smelled very strongly of urine, not sure if this was from another pet or not :(. I did get some Lysol wipes and fix the situation, but then noticed later that there was some mold in the shower and the grout had not been cleaned in a long time. I know that renting a house or condo is not for everyone, but we do it every year and this one was the most unclean that we have every stayed in. Reported and it took two days. We had to hand wash dishes on vaca. Neighbors allowed SEVERAL families in one unit and at night Hispanic music was blaring no rules. The free beach service was terrible Have to reserve spots with arrogant man in charge. Rules were different for different guest. Had to sit on beach for 45 minutes every morning waiting on Mac to write your name down. The whole experience was not good. We have stayed at Maravilla for over 9 years and have never been disappointed and dissatisfied til now the condo is not worth the money spent. ##### Greg G.
