Our ocean inspired, sun-bleached scheme with natural accents pay homage to the coastal scene from this Gulf Front view unit. Shades of blue connect with the vast view of the sea and sky. The vibrant and electric mix of colors lend a cheerful and casual tone to your stay at our newly remodeled Maravilla unit!

It is a great place for families to use alone or share with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! It is only a short distance from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, restaurants and walking distance from Pompano Joe's & Kenny D's! Maravilla is located on the 'beach road' which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean while you walk your pet or ride your bike.


Maravilla 2206 is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit that has been completely remodeled and offers the highest quality of amenities. You will find all the extras that you would not normally find in a rental unit! The kitchen is equipped with beautiful granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. High definition LCD TV's occupy the living room and both bedrooms. There are Ipod docks located throughout the unit along with DVD players. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee!

Sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 6)
The king master bedroom has a wall mounted, flat screen TV, and an attached private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed with a wall mounted, flat screen TV. The 2nd bathroom is in the hallway featuring a walk in tiled shower. There is an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room! Both bedrooms have nice, pillow top mattresses.

During prime season (March-October), 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are set up for you at the beach daily! Please remember to tip the attendant for their great service!

The condo was clean and comfortable for two plus our dog! The property is well-maintained and a very short walk to the gorgeous beach. The beach attendants are prompt and helpful- be sure to tip those guys! This was our first stay here and I’d been a little concerned about the road between the condo and the beach. But, I was pleasantly surprised that there was zero road noise inside the condo, and drivers always stopped for people in the crosswalk. The location is perfect, and we walked down to Pompano Joe’s several times for meals or afternoon margaritas. Communication with Brooke was prompt and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Honestly they allow dogs! We have a 4 lb dog and take him with us everywhere. This is a great place!

Like the location. Also centrally located to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Best part is it is right across from the beach!

Ringing in the New Year

We love the location of Maravilla. We have stayed here several times. The condo was very nice, clean, updated. Second bedroom was a bit small/tight but everything worked out fine. Definitely will rent again.

Wonderful views, beautiful clean private beach...our host Brooke was great and was always there if we needed her...we picked this VRBO Because it was also dog friendly, and the surrounding area was also very dog accommodating I highly recommend staying here! Great location

We stayed here for a long weekend. Destin was packed with college kids on spring break but we enjoyed peace and quiet with a beautiful view. Location was great for walking and restaurants. Unit is nicely remodeled and the communication with the owner was excellent. Beach chairs and umbrella were included and that was great.

The Perfect Place!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. The views were great, it was close to some restaurants and we loved walking on the gulf front boardwalk. I was worried about staying at a pet friendly complex but it was quiet and the grounds were very well kept. Definitely will be back.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Miramar, Maravilla is exceptional! Family friendly and pet friendly (which is a must for us). This is the third year in a row we have stayed at Maravilla. This year we stayed in condo 2206. A beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean unit!! Would highly recommend!!

Golf outing for couples

Condo at Maravilla was wonderful. We took our dog and there were dogs everywhere. The condo was very clean, and no dog smell. Excellent location across from beach with a great view. Lots of great walking tracks and close to malls and great restaurants too.

Beautiful ocean views

We had an incredible week and celebrated Thanksgiving during our stay. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The views are incredible watching the morning sunrise and evening sunsets from the balcony. We loved sitting out on the balcony getting sun and enjoying the views of the ocean. The condo was super clean, beds and pillows super comfortable and everything was really perfect! We enjoyed using both pools, the fitness center and playing pickleball on the courts at the clubhouse. It was an absolute perfect week for our family and dogs to enjoy a week at the beach. We will definitely be back again next year.

Great view

Property was nice. Location and view were the best part about the condo. Communication with property managers was frustrating. I had a small dog along. Very friendly dog place. Lots of pups around and everyone picked up after their dog.

Great stay!

This is a lovely condo, just as pictured. Front door light was out and one slat in the blinds. No big deal for us. The view is amazing. We especially enjoyed the sunsets at night. We are so appreciative of a nice condo that allows pets.

Beautiful and Relaxing

My boyfriend and I stayed there with your pup and the condo was super clean and relaxing. We loved the balcony and how spacious the place was. It was very clean and many amenities. Best part was being 2 feet away from the ocean with chairs and an umbrella already set up for us. The only complaint I had was our upstairs neighbor made a lot of noise around 7am both mornings, but everything else was perfect! Our friends visited us in the condo and also loved it, we will be booking again for our next trip to Miramar Beach!!

Pleasantly Surprised

The condo was very nice! We were concerned that the pictures might be better than the reality as this is a pet friendly condo. When we arrived we found it to be exactly as advertised and were very satisfied with the cleanliness, the view and the location. There were no pet odors and very minimal wear when compared to other pet friendly lodging we’ve used in Miramar over the last couple of years. We would definitely book again!!!

Great place to stay!

Very clean, comfy and up-dated! (Newly renovated). Kitchen furnished well. 2nd bedroom VERY small! Better for children rather than adults. Ideal location! Short walk across the street to the beach. 2 umbrellas/4 chairs come with unit. What a plus! Beautiful area!!!
