The property was clean and very quiet between bedrooms! This is a very nice house and was only a 10 minute walk to the private neighborhood entrance to Miramar Beach. The house was clean and the owners were responsive. The distance to the beach was a short 10-11 minute walk. So cozy after a day at the beach. Well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. It is in a nice neighborhood where I enjoyed long walks every day. It is a short walk to their private beach. We chose to drive and found easy parking in the Pompano Joes lot just a couple minute drive away. The owners are truly concerned that you have a wonderful stay and reach out to make sure you know they are there if you need them. There are so many good restaurants close by as well. We did Pompano Joes, Austins on 98 (OMG best lobster roll ever went twice) Surf Hut, Kenny Ds and Captain Daves. Thank you, Jerry and Liron for a wonderful week at the beach. The owners were very accommodating and provided all the necessary information in advance and made sure we had a smooth, worry free vacation. The house is well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. The private neighborhood pool is a quick 5 minute walk away and the beach with private access is about a 10 minute walk away for a family of four. And the awesome provided beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella are a nice touch (four chairs could be useful based on the type of renters this house would attract but hey they are free to use and worked great!)
