Relax beachside in Sandestin at the Luau tower 1 in this 14th floor unit with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline from the living room, bedroom, and bougie patio!

This 14th condo has a master bedroom with queen bed and a private entrance to a full bathroom. In the dining/living room there are twin bunk beds and a pullout queen sleeper sofa.

The condo has a full kitchen with appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, dining room table that seats 4, covered balcony with Gulf views that seats 4, and a washer and dryer.

This 1 bedroom condo can comfortably sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 2-4 kids.
4 adults and 2 kids is not recommended b/c there would be very little floor space and there is only 1 bathroom. There are 50” TVs in the living room and master bedroom.

This newly remodeled condo has brand new luxury wood flooring throughout, fresh paint and wallpaper, brand new furniture and decor in every room. Enjoy sleeping on Charter Club’s irresistibly soft 550-thread count sheets and hypoallergenic European white down fill pillows.

At the ground level of the Luau condominium towers is plush landscaping which leads to the 4,000 square foot lagoon-style salt water pool (seasonally heated), kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), community grilling and picnic area.

Just 250 yards away are the pristine sugar white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The entrance to the beach is adjacent to the Beach House restaurant where you can order delicious food and drink and listen to live music while watching the waves roll in.

Make sure to catch the sunset one night on the Luau’s Sunset Deck located on the 20th floor in Luau I. It offers stunning panoramic views of the Gulf Coast, Choctawhatchee Bay, and Tops’l Preserve.

At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, laptop friendly workspace high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort spans 2,400 acres with over 70 unique neighborhoods. It features miles of sandy white beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, a world-class tennis center, Baytowne Marina, Jolee Island, a resort spa, resort pools, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf which is home to shops, restaurants, and plenty of family entertainement!

If it’s fun and it floats, you’ll probably find it at Baytowne Marina. WaveRunners, kayaks, pontoon boats, water bikes and boogie boards are available for guests to rent.

This was the most beautiful, clean condo I’ve stayed in! Everything was decorated so cute, and the views were perfect! The host was extremely accommodating and helpful also! I will definitely be back!
