The first floor consists of a living/media area, kitchenette, washer/dryer, four bedrooms sleeping up to 18 guests, and three full bathrooms. Two of the four bedrooms have a quick pool and patio access! This floor can serve as a lock-out unit and has a separate entrance for ultimate privacy. The second floor is accessed by an elevator or staircase. Here you will find the main living area featuring soaring 10-foot ceilings, adjacent to the kitchen that is perfect for large family meals or just gathering around for a snack. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and custom cabinetry. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Plenty of bathrooms for all of these females! The bunk room was very spacious and perfect to sleep all nine girls. All of the balconies were utilized. Pool area was a plus. The walk to the public beach access was even shorter that expected. House came with a beach set up of two umbrellas and four chairs which was all set up and ready for us each day. The house was big enough to accomodate 17 of us and the location couldn't be better. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the property. It was only surface clean and could REALLY use a deep cleaining, which I thought they did between each guest (at least that's the cleaning fee they charge). Also, the elevator didn't work, which isn't a big deal because we didn't need it but they charge a $200 elevator fee. I've requested a refund but haven't heard back yet. Again, overall the stay was wonderful. The property manager is prompt to respond and the house really is beautiful, it just needs a little love. ##### Megan P.
