This is a 3 level home with separate quarters on the first 2 floors. The first floor consists of a living/media area, kitchenette, washer/dryer, four bedrooms sleeping up to 18 guests, and three full bathrooms. Two of the four bedrooms have a quick pool and patio access! This floor can serve as a lock-out unit and has a separate entrance for ultimate privacy. The second floor is accessed by an elevator or staircase. Here you will find the main living area featuring soaring 10-foot ceilings, adjacent to the kitchen that is perfect for large family meals or just gathering around for a snack. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and custom cabinetry. There are three bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms also on this level, sleeping up to 6 guests. There is also a separate laundry room. There are two large balconies where you can take in exhilarating views of the Gulf. It is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nations large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. Plenty of bathrooms for all of these females! The bunk room was very spacious and perfect to sleep all nine girls. All of the balconies were utilized. Pool area was a plus. The walk to the public beach access was even shorter that expected. House came with a beach set up of two umbrellas and four chairs which was all set up and ready for us each day. The house was big enough to accomodate 17 of us and the location couldn't be better. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the property. It was only surface clean and could REALLY use a deep cleaining, which I thought they did between each guest (at least that's the cleaning fee they charge). Also, the elevator didn't work, which isn't a big deal because we didn't need it but they charge a $200 elevator fee. I've requested a refund but haven't heard back yet. Again, overall the stay was wonderful. The property manager is prompt to respond and the house really is beautiful, it just needs a little love. ##### Megan P.
