With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin! Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival. Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Only request would be to not have to pay the golf cart fee if not using the golf cart. The codes we were given for the building and pool areas were incorrect and the bands left in the condo were from last year. We were able to get the proper codes from someone at the site and the management company did bring us the proper bands a couple days into the stay. The golf cart didn’t work, but the company diid handle the issues that came up with it and we just drove around instead. The pool was well heated and clean, as was the hot tub. The unit was updated and had everything you would expect in a rental, plus some extras like beach toys and chairs/umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay here. There were a few glitches but overall they were worked out well and we still had a great time. ##### Tara C. The unit had the essentials, but not many extras. The view is pretty much blocked by Palm Trees and no sunsets, nor morning sunrises from this unit. If you are looking for location and great access to the beach, you will find it here, just no amazing views. The kitchen was equipped with one hot pad, so if you want to use the oven, bring your own. The unit was decorated, but the couch needs to be replaced. The pool area was nice and the parking garage was nice to use. There were only a couple minor issues when we arrived. The comforter on the bed had something gummy on it as well as the floor near it. In the second bedroom, a dresser handle was busted off so we could not use a drawer. Very minor. We enjoyed using the golf cart to get dinner, ice cream, or trips to Publix. Super clean and had all the necessities. We had an issue with the ceiling fan in one bedroom and they responded quickly and had it working within 24 hours. I have always looked for other units to stay in but this one is by far the best for us. The unit is modern, clean, and most importantly kid friendly. The balcony held water so my daughters could not go on the balcony without getting feet wet. When we walked in the smell of the unit smelled like someone had cooked Indian or Mexican food just before we arrived and it smelled like that the entire time. Golf cart worked but was by far the oldest and rustiest one on the lot. The pool didn’t open each day till almost after lunch because they were cleaning it. I appreciate the pool being cleaned, but start at 7 am if it’s going to take that long to clean. Overall for the price, not worth it. ##### Lauren G. Reviewer Comments: The property is right on the beach and super convenient being on 3rd floor as you can do stairs if building and elevators are busy. Unit was modern and nicely decorated. Checkin was smooth with the only glitch being the app said check in was at 5 and when we called to see about checking in a bit earlier, they said it should be 4 - glad we called! The only reason I would consider another unit in future is the view from the balcony is pretty much obscured by palm trees so you can barely see ocean. We have stayed in multiple condo’s throughout the years and we were extremely satisfied with this condo. We believe we have found a condo that we want to try and book every year for summer and fall vacations. The condo was modernized/up to date, very clean, organized, and felt like home away from home for our family.
