Upon arrival found the house to be clean and it is beautiful, but there were a few things wrong with it. The top rack of the dishwasher was broke, the freezer part of the refrigerator would not open all the way, one of the bathrooms upstairs the shower would not drain and the dresser in the lowest level had multiple broken drawers. I always stay some where that’s beachfront, and this is by far the best location. Having said that, the townhouse itself is VERY basic. There were no hand towels or even a properly working outdoor shower to wash sand off. There weren’t even towels for the beach. The deck could also use much needed maintenance. And having some basics upon arrival is a game changer, like coffee filters. This place had none of that. ##### Christina S. Towel rack in half bath was pulled out of wall and just hanging. Batteries in most rv remotes were dead. The main level sliding glass door handle and lock were on the table in living room..so no way to lock it or open door other than sticking your fingers in the door latch holes. ##### steve s.
