Reviewer Comments: We stayed in another unit at this property last year and chose it again this year because it's only 4 floors which makes going back and forth to the beach a breeze! You can see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. This unit had everything we needed including 2 bonus box fans! That's huge for us fan lovers! The balcony furniture is great with a table and 4 chairs and 2 loungers, the beds are comfy and the kitchen had everything we need to make breakfasts and lunches every day. The grocery store is within walking distance, as is Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, the outlet mall and Alvins. We felt safe here, as it is a gated property. Note that the washer and dry is NOT inside the unit but they are located on each floor in the hallway. You pay for each by credit card. I'd say that is the only con about this property.
