Edgewater is a unique landmark architectural complex conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive near the Outlet Mall and is close to tons of shopping, grocery, restaurants, and other amenities that Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer.

This Gulf Front complex has incredible pools, ONE HEATED DURING WINTER, playground, business center, free wi fi, exercise room, amazing landscaping and is directly on the beach with approximately 420 ft of private beach.

We provide complimentary beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) on the beach during the season; from March 1 until October 31. The great Tiki Hut Bar and Grill is open April 1 through NOV.

Our beautiful 1 Bedroom beach front condo is located on the 5th floor and has been decorated with relaxation in mind. Soft tranquil colors and comfortable casual furniture make this the perfect beach retreat. It has an amazing view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 508 has an open concept living/dining area and a beautiful kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The living room includes a large flat screen TV. The dining table seats 6 and the comfy couch pulls out to a queen size bed. 508 sleeps 4 comfortably! The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and incredible Gulf views. The Master bath has a shower/tub combo and dual sinks.

Floor to ceiling glass doors lead to the large balcony with stunning views of the Gulf, sparkling pools and courtyard! Have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee while you relax on the lounge chairs or enjoy your meals on the patio table and chairs.

The location is right where you want to be in the Destin/Miramar Beach area! You could walk to the Outlet Mall, explore numerous, fantastic restaurants, rent bikes, paddle boats or just spend your days relaxing on the beach and watch the dolphins play. Nearby is the Water Park, golfing, fishing at the Harbor Docks, Destin Commons, all kinds of shopping, restaurants for every "taste" in Destin, Miramar and SanDestin.

The Edgewater is gated and has night security and two parking garages.

Please note that this is a non smoking unit. Tents and canopies are not permitted on the beach.

Nice Time!
Comfortable and roomy bed. Great beach service with friendly staff. Pools are beautiful with nice chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay but had a few issues with the property. Two of the elevators were not working and being on the 5th floor, it was not convenient. The unit was next to the elevator and the trash shoot so it was loud at all times of the day and night. The unit was ocean view and not ocean front like we expected. The trash was overflowing at ground level from the shoot and garbage was piling up and malodorous.

Our stay was great and uneventful!! Our check in was super easy, our rooms were clean, and the location is close to many places to eat!! The beach service was an added bonus for us because we flew in from Ohio…and couldn’t bring chairs/umbrellas. This was our second time staying in this condo and I would say there will definitely be a third next year! Everything was great!

Condo outdated. 60's style Bathroom, low sinks didn't drain properly, tub somewhat difficult to get in/out to shower. tissue holder falling off wall. Did not inform us up front the condo was right next to the elevator which you could hear all night long when operating.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable bed, great view and one of the nice things about this property is it includes beach set-up each day (2 chairs and an umbrella) which most of the other properties do not include. The only tiny thing missing is no Kuerig in the kitchen (but they do have a regular coffee pot)…property manager was great and check in was a breeze!

Everything was smooth about the process ;and the property was great, just as described! I had a question and the owner was quick and responsive, very nice! The weather was crazy and rainy, storms all week-even a tornado, the surf was unusually rough-but still so beautiful!! All in all, we had a great time, enjoyed the property and the beautiful view! Unit 508 exceeded our expectations. It was lovely, spacuous, well decorated & clean. The Edgewater was well kept (except we had priblems with the elevator nearest our unit). The stair wells were even freshly painted & clean! The grounds were well manicured & colorful. The pools were pristine. Beach access was good & the attendant was courteous. Thank you for being a great host!! We want to come back!!

We enjoyed the beach very much as we have in the past. It was nice to have chairs and an umbrella provided with the unit. We were disappointed that the two elevators near our condo were both broken down, the washing machine in the unit only had hot water running to it and the kitchen did not have the pots/pans etc. to make it convenient for cooking meals in the unit.

The property was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable which is a must for our vacay. The views of the green grounds, pools and ocean were beautiful from the living room and bedroom.
