Property location is just walking distance to the beach and the property has a private beach access too- which was an added benefit ❤️❤️❤️ There were a few issues during the stay but the Avari Management group took care of it very promptly. The only problem was that the grill was not cleaned and there was so much left over food residual on it. Also, it would be highly recommended if you could provide trash bags for the entire stay rather than a starter kit as this helps us to have a hassle free vacation time without having to bother about too many things. Also, please remember to provide bedding for the sleeper sofas- we had to spend the first night without adequate sheets for the sleeper sofas. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and comfortable.

So close to the beach! Property need a little cleaning up, inside was great, outside needs some general maintenance for it to stay in good shape. Overall still very nice with lots of sleeping arrangements.

The location was good for walking to the beach or pool and for driving to local restaurants, but the house itself needs some love. There were a lot of little things broken (door handle, burned out bulbs, stained couch, broken freezer drawer) in the house, just not well maintained. The kitchen was stocked okay, but not even a decent can opener was available. The floors were pretty dirty when we arrived. They did send the cleaner back, but we had to wait before unloading anything and it was a so so job the second time around. The kicker was when the oven/stove broke on a Saturday afternoon. When I reached out, we were told they could send someone on Monday, no other options. They said we could receive a 25/day credit for this. We had 9 people in the house to feed...
