This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the view of the white sand and emerald water from your expansive balcony. ✹Upon entering, you will find a comfortable living area with New, Leather Furniture, a 65" Smart TV, which provides an open layout to the dining area and kitchen, along with extra tall ceiling. The dining area includes a dining table that seats up to six guests, perfect for conversations and a nice family meal. Step into the tastefully-decorated, incredibly well-stocked kitchen, featuring new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops as well as all utensils and cookware to create your own meals while on vacation. New beautiful flooring was installed throughout the condo in December 2021\. ✹Adjacent to the living room is a cozy master bedroom with KING bed, Gulf view, large master closet, Smart TV, and an en-suite master bathroom that was remodeled in December 2021, now equipped with a tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a Smart TV, closet, and attached bathroom with tub/shower combination. This condo also has an in-unit full size washer and dryer, and I provide plenty of laundry supplies. ✹At Majestic Sun Resort, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, and more! It was clean, very well stocked and nicely remodeled. The beds were comfortable and furniture was nice. It was probably the best stocked condo I’ve ever stayed at and was complete with everything from extra paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach wagon, umbrella and chairs, and more. ##### Heather T. This condo was very nice and clean! It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is superb, just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping were close by also! We were very happy there was a Kilwins in the building. 😀 Stan was helpful and informative and I appreciate the time put into the itinerary. It’s very thoughtful. Unit was spacious, well stocked and very clean upon check-in. The check-in process and communication was the best interaction I have had in my many years of renting properties. We have stayed in other condos at this property several times for the Moon Crush festival, and this unit was by far the nicest. The updates are great and the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and beyond (beach chairs, coolers, etc). We will be back! ##### Katie C. Stan was great to work with and the place was easy to locate and upon arrival met with great treats after a long trip. 360 panoramic view of everything and we had an opportunity to see a sunset wedding too. Beach access is super easy and all dining is within walking distance. If you need to hit the store is a 7 min drive to Walmart. ##### Christopher C. The owner made sure we had plenty of supplies that most condos never offer. Extras of all items as well. I had one question during our stay and was answered within 30 minutes. The condo was even better than we hoped for! The view from the balcony was amazing and the perfect way to start and end the day. The condo was beautiful and immaculately clean.
