Julie (owner) was very quick to respond with answers to all our questions. The only recommendation I have is to bring a fan because the AC wouldnā€™t take it lower than 71 degrees, even at night (we are from OH and used to sleeping at 65 degrees). You could walk to several restaurants (whaleā€™s tail was yummy) and the Topeka concert venue.
