Check in was super easy. Location was perfect - loved being about to safely walk over to the beach from the hotels bridge off the first floor. Balcony was amazing to watch the sunset. Loved waking up in the morning and walking out there to view the ocean. The condo was just enough space for me and my teenage & adult kids. Host was amazing and responsive! We will definitely be back. This condo was the perfect location to everything.

Julie was very responsive with any questions throughout our stay! Pictures are a correct depiction of condo. We had everything we needed. Resort staff were nice and helpful. We went to beach on ground level and it was a very easy walk onto beach. Make sure your crew has gate codes saved or memorize as you need them going in and out of building and beach, except for lobby. My family had a wonderful stay here!

The owner was quick to get back to me anytime I had a question and very friendly. On site restraunt and beach bar that you can order food to have delivered right to the beach. Free 2 chairs and umbrella rental and extra beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and beach rug in the room to take down to the beach. Great place to stay outside of the busy Destin area. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Our Host Julie was wonderful. It’s Beautifully decorated and spacious for our party of 5. Beds are very comfortable! There was some hair in the main shower. But otherwise very nice and well furnished kitchen. The pool was closed 2 days for different issues and the compressor on the hot tubs were broken so they didn’t work. They had to order the part. There’s a lot of noise outside but you can’t hear it much inside. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors (which is ok unless you’re using a luggage cart or beach wagon) after over an hr waiting on one empty enough for the luggage cart, we ended up carrying our luggage down the 3 flights to the car. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Surfside

We had a very nice stay at this Surfside condo. The communication with the hostess was very good once we were there. I messaged earlier in the week before we left asking if beach towels were provided and did not get a response. After we were there though, the communication was very good. There was a problem with the sliding door and her husband came over and fixed the door for us. The condo is spacious and laid out well. The kitchen is a bit small but the bedrooms, especially the master are a very nice size. There were plastic plates in the kitchen for young children. It would have been nice to also have a few plastic, kid cups. The glass wear is nice but very thick and heavy for a 3 year old. I loved that beach service was included with the condo. I will definitely keep this condo in mind for a future visit.

Vacation

First, condo had roaches so contacted management and they moved us to a different condo which was a little nicer. Second, condo the washer didn't work had to keep switching back and forth between both condos having to do laundry. We ended our trip early because of it. I wont be back. We will stay at a different location for now on. When you have your family down for 7 days and you pay a good amount of money things should work and be relaxing. The whole time we had stuff popping up left and right. Management was responsive and quick to fix somethings, but i want to relax not constantly having to contact people to be fixing stuff.

The view from room was really nice. I am not a clean freak but there was seaweed on the bathroom floor when we got there and the fold out couch had the sheets under it when pulled out with stains on it. We made it work. The condo worked out great otherwise. I am not sure if the water is always like that in Miramar but it was just not what we were used to. Lots of seaweed. We went to crab island and it was not like that. We did enjoy the stay and the comfort of them sharing their home though. Grateful for the beach trip and having a safe trip. Thanks so much.

Nice and convenient location

The owner alone would be the main reason among many others that i would rent this place again. She was so sweet and responded so quickly anytime i needed anything. Easy beach access and location is close to everything. They have a bar located across the street on the beach that has great drinks. The showers were a little complicated to turn on and find the right temperature but once you get the hang of it it’s fine. The elevators were a long wait because of all of the people and there being only 2 for the building but we just took the stairs more often. Made a great stay for our family vacation

Host was in constant contact and contacted us for an early check-in, very nice surprise! Other family members were staying in other units. It was nice having everyone in the same building, but each family had thier own condo.

We don’t get to go to the beach very often- but this is the best beach vacation we have ever been on! Very comfortable, nice accommodations. Beautiful beach. We didn’t want to leave!

This was our first trip to the area and the rental was exactly as described, just what we needed, and in a great location. The condo was also well appointed and the owner was very easy to communicate with. I would both rent this specific condo again and rent from the owner again.
