The penthouse, located on the 16th floor, was spotless and looked exactly like the photos, which was a huge relief. The separate key access added an extra layer of convenience and privacy. The management company was responsive, kind, and made everything seamless. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking! The view from of the ocean, beach and pool area from the outdoor deck was Spectacular! The one thing I appreciated was the large walk-in shower. I am disabled and it made it so much easier for me. We definitely would recommend renting this VRBO. It’s proximity to the beautiful beach was perfect and it is in walking distance of so many places. It also comes with the use of beach chairs and umbrellas each day for free. The Restaurant in the same building has excellent food and it is convenient. We will definitely rent it again. The deck is tucked in a way that the wind is blocked but your view is not. It is nice to have the 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach. Pool was nice.
