The grounds were pretty worn, but it was fine. Good location that was right across from the beach. Nice pool, very small hot tub. None of the gates actually need a code, or they were not in working order. It’s a nice area, so no issues on our end but could be important to some. Great balcony with ocean views which we enjoyed.
