Convenient location

The condo was in great shape and had everything we needed. Enjoyed being able to walk out the porch and walking over to the pool area and beach. Our kids enjoyed having the grassy area right outside to kick the soccer ball around.

Great location and space!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo on the beach in Sandestin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the beach chairs they provided. Our kids loved the condo’s pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were plush and very new. We’d definitely stay again!

Everything we needed

We couldn’t have asked for a better week over New Years! The location to the pool, hot tub, beach and basketball courts was ideal for our family of energetic kids (ages 10-14). The sunrises and sunsets could be seen through the windows. We walked to nearby fireworks ( long walk) in NYE! It was the sun escape we needed coming from the Midwest. Great place !

Quick break

The property owners made our last minute decision to take a short beach break very easy and efficient. Everything was exactly as described, clean and ready for us to enjoy. We loved some of the unique property features including the upgraded pool and communal beachfront deck.

Seaside Serenity: A Perfect Beachfront Getaway

Our beachfront getaway with my family was truly amazing and exactly what we needed for our 4 day stay. This condo was beautiful and spacious. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our fingertips, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable living areas. The beach was just steps away, and we enjoyed spending quality time together building sandcastles, swimming, and taking leisurely strolls along the shoreline. This was the best equipped place that we have rented. Loved the back porch with the sea breeze, hope we can return. I gave property management a 5 but we never had any interaction with them, I didn’t want to hurt the owners rating.

Very Responsive Owner

The property was exactly what we were looking for. We had friends staying in the same building and we did dinners on our porch because the back yard/green space was perfect for the kids to run around. Grilling station was very close to our porch and we took full advantage. We had a minor issue with a smoke alarm, and the ownership had it taken care of immediately. The beach chairs that came with the condo were great, and they saved us a lot of packing room in our car. All and all it was an amazing place that we built wonderful memories with our three kids.

Great stay

This is our second time staying here. As expected, we had a great time. The location of the condo is perfect. Extraordinarily easy access to the beach and pool area. Kids once again loved the yard space right off the back patio. The king bed is very comfortable and I was easily able to catch up on much needed sleep. Had a very minor issue at the beginning with check in information (this was VRBOs fault. An IT issue) and Doug was available immediately and quickly rectified everything for us without delay. Five star condo. Five star hosts. We'll be back.

Hit with an extra 150 charge

This was our third time booking this condo. We had been loyal to the host, and we love the location. However this time after checkout we were hit with a 150 charge for "excess sand cleanup" and soiled linens. This is disappointing since we took extra care to tidy up before we left, making sure all the beach towels were washed, dried, and folded, hand-washing pots/pans, starting dishwasher, removing all trash to the dumpster, etc. We are a typical family with three small children. We've never been it with a "damage" fee before. I am a host myself, and I rest easier when a small family is staying at my cottage. When we left, the property was very neat and just needed basic housekeeping. The owner may disagree with that assessment. Everyone is entitled to hir or her opinion. However, we cannot return if the owner will be this nit-picky going forward. We will certainly choose another condo in the same building, as it is the perfect location right on the beach with excellent amenities.

Great place for families with littles

We had a great stay at Beachside. Everything was as described. The advantage of being on the ground floor with a 7 and 5 year old was a plus. It takes about a minute to walk to the pool gate, from there, you can take the boardwalk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Showers were clean and no issues with water. Kitchen is fully stocked. They provide towels, umbrella, sand toys, and beach chairs. Kids loved the beach and heated pool. The heated pool was a plus on the day it was very windy. We stayed in April, so the weather is a little cooler. You can find any type of restaurant about 1 mile away from the condo and they all have a kids menu. We visited Baytowne Wharf a few times. Also, Publix is right down the street. You can find more restaurants around that same plaza. Another Broken Egg was perfect for breakfast. Also, there is a shuttle that come around every 30 minutes. You can look up the shuttle schedule to get to Baytowne Wharf and other locations. The owners were always available if I had a question and very helpful. Can’t wait to visit again!
