(There is additional paid parking available nearby at Geronimo RV or through the Way Parking App) \* The following vehicles are prohibited: specialty motorized vehicles, including trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, scooters, and other small specialty rental vehicles. Enter condo D104 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the ground floor and it is located on the west end of the property. Stepping outside onto the covered walk out patio, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the walk out patio! This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 7\. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2\. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 7 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo. We loved the direct access to the private beach. We spent a lot of time enjoying the patio watching the dolphins play in the surf. The condo had almost everything we needed and what we didn’t have was quickly solved with a quick note to Corey and Jan who responded within hours. The unit was very clean and well kept. Corey and Jan were excellent at communicating, they said that there had been some trouble with the lock keypad and they tested it prior to arrival and proactively left us a backup key ( which we didn’t end up needing). View and access to ocean/beach was the best part. Having two chairs and umbrella reserved for us for the week was super helpful. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only two things, patio door is super heavy to open and close and does not have good seal, door whistled when windy (which was pretty much all week). I think if door was replaced the condo wouldn’t have as much moisture. Grill at complex had no way to light , the igniter was broken and we had no lighter or matches since we flew. ##### Kelly K. Could not swim bc of red flags on beach and pool was out of order 4 of the 5 days we were there and when it did open it was dirty and they hadn't even vaccumed it. Dire need of updates and beds were old and uncomfortable. 2 half rolls of toilet paper were not nearly enough for 4 girls, 2 hotel size bars of soap, no beach towels, price was not reasonable compared to all the negatives. Easy Access to beach and pool. Very clean. Great location and I would stay there again. Wonderful views and a large lawn for kids to play. Being able to walk right out the patio doors to watch and listen to the ocean, which was no more than 50 steps away( brother-in-law confirmed) was amazing. The door is also just steps away from the pool! We appreciated how large, open and clean everything was, we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable time. Thank you.
