The home accommodations and location was perfect for our family. Our 3 grandsons loved the bunk room. We probably spent most of our time outside at the beach, the pool or the 2nd floor patio. The location was very convenient and the views were awesome! Diamond Rentals communicated early and often to make sure our stay was pleasant and the house was as described. Very friendly service, the house was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be renting through Diamond Rentals next year 😎 ##### Brian C. The home is lovely and well-equipped with 4 king beds and one bunk room for kids. The location is directly across from the gulf…. An easy walk. View is fantastic! Having a private pool is a big plus because the community pool would be a long walk. A few things people should know: bring a hairdryer because that was not provided. The pool alarm is very loud and required by state law. Learn how to use it and you will be fine. The home has a large kitchen and a nice grill on the deck. The garage has a few extra beach chairs and a wagon. Perhaps a bucket or two? The management company is very responsive! Lastly, we really appreciated the private beach and provided beach chair setup…. Particularly over a holiday weekend. And we could walk to restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops and parasailing! You could look on either side of our section of beach and see umbrellas four deep and a mass of humanity. I have promised myself never again to go on July 4th week. The washer and dryer situation needs attention especially when one set didn’t work. The toilet seat in the “servant quarters “ bedroom was broken . The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were great. The pool was a little small for a group of 14\. I guess when you pay that much (July 4 premium) you expect everything to be perfect 🤓 ##### Anna C. Our multigenerational group of 14 were very pleased with our stay at Bella Costa at the beginning of June. Besides the luxurious home and the direct beach view, having a private beach for the Avalon Estates neighborhood was probably one of the greatest perks. The beach to either side was full of people 4-5 rows back from the beach. But our complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were always on the front row because our beach only had one row! It was never crowded and we always had a perfect view. The house was also amazing, of course! Five bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a private pool, luxury finishes, and all amenities included. I was impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, appliances, and an ice machine. The beds were so comfortable - my dad got home and bought the same sheets! I cannot think of any negative comments at all. Again, we were very pleased. House was extremely clean, perfect location and plenty of room for our family of 10\. The pool was a hit with the kids and a stones throw from the beach.
