No worries of noise from the road, just a very peaceful, relaxing day. Watch the family play football on the green lawn from the spacious wrap-around balcony as the emerald waves roll in just steps away. After an exciting day of shopping at the outlet malls, golfing on a nearby course, or playing in the sun and surf you’ll sleep like you’ve never slept before. The comfortable, tropical chic bedrooms combined with the sounds of the Gulf will be the best bedtime story you’ve ever heard. Luxury and convenience blend together seamlessly in this Destin condo. Boasting elevators, private balconies, and gated entrance plus an excellent location across from the beach these units are simply stylish. This unit also comes with garage access. The HOA does not allow them at the rental units and we knew that before booking. We still had a great time and would rent this unit again!! We had one issue with a shower and the maintenance guy showed up quickly and fixed the problem. The app and the check in/ check out process was the best as well as the activities brochure! Location was great for toddlers not too busy and congested like other beaches in the area! Able to accommodate all of our family comfortably. Trash dumpster was inconveniently located and we were not made aware of where to dispose of until angry homeowner escorted daughter-in-law with our trash. Made for unpleasant evening. ##### Mark A.
