Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, souvenir shops, and boutiques. access to the community pool for when you want a break from the ocean. Very good location, enjoyed sitting on upper level porch. We would recommend to others.We did have an issue with the upstairs cooling unit. However, Shane resolved it quickly the next morning after our arrival.Beach access was straight forward and convenient. Steps to the beach are not bad. A little challenging for the elder who is mobility impaired, but otherwise great.
