Reviewer Comments: We returned to Westwinds for our fourth visit. This was our first time in 4815\. The unit was clean and very comfortable. We had a very minor issue with one of the toilets and it was fixed right away. The staff at My Vacation Haven was extremely helpful and we were amazed how clean the resort was kept. I've been in many resorts in my 70 years and this is one of my favorites. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 enjoyed this condo on the 14th floor. Having all elevators working this year was very nice so we never had to wait very long to go up or down. The condo itself was very nice and well decorated. When we arrived we were told the ice maker wasn’t working but that it would be looked at one day while we were there. A part had to be ordered so we did not have a working ice maker for the week. We bought bags at the store and made it just fine. Also upon arrival, we noticed the toilets had not been cleaned, or at least not to our satisfaction. Other than that, it was a beautiful view from the balcony each morning and night.
